- 1/2 apple 1. Put in the almonds and peanut in the jar with some
2 Bananas water and give it a grind to make almond milk
1 small Beetroot 2. Add all other ingredients with water to the jar and
1 spoon Pomegranate grind it till it becomes thick smoothie
1 Amla (Indian Gooseberry) 3. Enjoy the healthy smoothie !!

1 tsp flax seeds
6 peeled almonds soaked overnight
1 date
1 glass Drinking water
