Tuesday Smoothie

Ready in 5 minutes

Serves 2 people




Ingredients:                                     Preparation:                        

  • 1/2 apple 1. Put in the almonds and peanut in the jar with some
  • 2 Bananas water and give it a grind to make almond milk

  • 1 small Beetroot 2. Add all other ingredients with water to the jar and

  • 1 spoon Pomegranate grind it till it becomes thick smoothie

  • 1 Amla (Indian Gooseberry) 3. Enjoy the healthy smoothie !!

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1 tsp flax seeds

  • 6 peeled almonds soaked overnight

  • 1 date

  • 1 glass Drinking water
